PLEASE NOTE
MKDS is not responsible for any injuries sustained while renting the studio space. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking in order to reserve your space. This fee will be applied toward the total bill of your party. Payment is due when the party concludes. Parental supervision is required (at least ONE adult). You have 30 minutes before/after the party for setup and breakdown. Refrigerator and freezer access (limited space) is available. You may have pizza/food delivered to the studio at 609 South 4th Street. Please be aware that all trash must be bagged up. We will take care of the disposal as well as sweeping/mopping.

• 1.5 hours: $150 (option A)
• 2 hours: $200 (option B)
ART ROOM ONLY
• 1 hour private play session: $50 (option C)
• 2 hour toddler party: $100 (option D)

Private use of Splat! Art Play Studio and FRONT PURPLE INSTRUCTION ROOM for the duration of the party.
Art Play for each party guest (including birthday child/siblings).
Aprons available for use during party time.
Personalized Birthday Message on the chalk board outside of the Art Play Studio.
1 Happy Birthday felt banner.
1 party table with plastic table cloth (you pick the color!)
1 small gift table + 1 small cake table.

Limited decorations are encouraged due to the amount of space required.
